  • Unworn and Unwashed: Lingerie must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible.

4. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Worn lingerie.

  • Items without tags.

  • Items marked as final sale.

5. How to Return

To return your lingerie:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorisation.

  2. Once approved, securely package the items and include your order number.

  3. Ship the items back to us using a traceable service.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

When booking an event with TDH Official, guests agree to adhere to our terms and conditions, which include a mandatory deposit to secure the reservation and a full payment prior to the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the deposit, whereas rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability. Attendees must respect the venue's policies and conduct themselves appropriately, as TDH Official reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual displaying disruptive behaviour. By confirming your booking, you consent to the possibility of photos and videos being taken at the event for promotional purposes.

Upon making a booking with us, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your booking request. Please be mindful that your booking is not officially confirmed until we have received your deposit payment. A dedicated representative will reach out to you within 72 hours in order to confirm whether we can attend your event and to learn more about the details of your exciting party request. Once your booking is confirmed, a £35 deposit will be required. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. Each representative can host a group of up to 12 to 15 people, but there will be an additional fee for any extra hosts you may require. To ensure the best service possible, we advise that you try to book at least 6 weeks in advance, as this is subject to availability. Full payment will be required one week after your booking is made. If the full payment is not received within 48 hours of the email request, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. For any bookings made with less than 4 weeks' notice, full payment will be required at the time the booking is confirmed.
